  1. How do I find out if my company is a member of the SCOSC?

  2. Does my company have to be a member in order to get videos?
    Yes. Only members are allowed to order videos from the library.
     
  3. Is the Council affiliated with OSHA or the state government?
    No. The Council is a non-profit organization, solely funded through public and private sector membership.
     
  4. Is the SCOSC the South Carolina chapter of National Safety Council?
    No. We are members of the National Safety Council; however, the National Safety Council does have a South Carolina chapter. For more information on how to contact them, see our LINKS page.
     
  5. Does my company have to be a member in order for me to attend your Annual Spring Conference or Fall Seminar?
    No. Registration is open to members and non-members.
     
  6. How can I be added to your mailing list?
    Call, e-mail or fax the Council office and request to be added.
     
  7. How do I become a member of the Council's Board of Directors?
    Contact the Council office for a nomination form. Nominations are kept on file for two years.
